Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, all items must be in original condition and packaging, and you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back.
To start a return, email cs@estorescorp.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Items sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
OM Seating (Office Master) Products
Every chair is built to order. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, returns must be received within 30 days of RMA issuance.
Items must be unused, in the same condition received, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Since chairs are custom-built, a minimum 25%-50% restocking fee applies, depending on the chair and fabric. The exact percentage will be determined by OM Seating. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Order cancellations after production begins are treated as returns and subject to the same restocking fee.
Replacement parts are not returnable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, less restocking and shipping charges.
Warranty
OM Seating products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use (a single 8-hour shift, 5 days per week). Coverage depends on the series:

OM5 Series, OM5 Active, Truly Series, and Ginny: lifetime limited warranty on structural components.

Most other standard models: 12-year limited warranty on structural components.

Budget, 24/7, heavy-duty, and bariatric models: 7-year limited warranty on structural components.

Casters, glides, and other moving parts: 5-year warranty (1 year for rubber casters).

Upholstery and foam: 5-year warranty on OM Seating in-stock materials. Normal wear, minor variations in color/texture, and customer-supplied fabrics are not covered.
This warranty does not apply to items that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, or damage caused by shipment, storage, accident, fire, flood, or act of God.
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of damage or defect. Please include images and/or videos that clearly demonstrate the issue, along with your order details. Once reviewed, OM Seating will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts.
Warranty coverage applies to parts only and does not cover field labor or on-site service.
Special-T Products
Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
Products must be in new condition and in their original cartons. Prepaid return shipping is required.
Restocking fees are 30% for tops and 25% for bases, if received in new condition.
The following items are non-returnable: custom table tops, power and data units, closeout tables and bases, custom metal paint and Black Wrinkle finish, and metal bases with irreversible alterations.

Warranty
Special-T products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use (a standard 8-hour workday, 5 days per week). Warranty coverage depends on the product type:

Options+, 5-Day Quick Ship, and 1-Day Quick Ship Tables: 10-year warranty on complete tables and components.

Patriot Electric and Liberty Electric Height-Adjustable Tables/Bases: 10-year warranty.

Hike Electric Bases: 5-year warranty.

Table Bases (standard, non-electric): 10-year warranty.

Tabletops purchased separately: 1-year warranty.

Wood Veneer Tops: covered against workmanship/material defects; natural variations in grain, color, and figure are not covered.

Power and Data Components: 1-year warranty.

Monitor Arms: 10-year warranty.

Chairs: Lifetime warranty on structural and mechanical parts for standard single-shift use. Upholstery fabric and foam are covered for 5 years (customer-supplied fabrics are not warranted).

Wellness & Privacy Screens (Plexiglas, Acrylic, PET): 10-year warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, alteration, improper installation, improper storage, improper cleaning, use of caustic or abrasive agents, environmental conditions, or outdoor use. Normal wear and tear, finish changes due to age or lighting, and variations in natural materials are also excluded.
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide proof of damage or defect. Please include images and/or videos that clearly demonstrate the issue, along with your order information. Once reviewed, Special-T will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts. In no event will liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.
