A friend gave me my first Office Master chair, in 2006, and I am still using it this very moment! It is the most comfortable chair I have ever used, and I used it for many years with damaged arms that I used electrical tape to hold them together. My beloved wife has been “encouraging” me to buy a new chair, but I cannot bear to part with this chair so I thought I would see if I could fix the arms better, or buy new arms. Fortunately, it was easy to find the Office Master brand name still legible, so I googled for the company and found my chair model and then I found the replacement parts section and the original KR21 arms. Interestingly, there are many arms that would fit this chair, some with 4D adjustment (closer/further, forward/backwards, up/down, and tilt). My choices went from the original 1D, 2D, 3D or 4D as described previously nd I wanted the 4D, of course since I got the chair for free why not spend $150 to make it even better? Unfortunately, some of the web pages details seemed to suggest that the price was for each arm. So I thought the original K21 arms have been excellent for all these years (and we prefer a frugal and humble lifestyle) so I purchased two K21 arms for $90 plus shipping (trusting that Office Masters would give one left arm and one right arm. My replacement arms arrived about a week. As I recall, Office Masters actually delivered on Sunday! I was both surprised and so very happy! I opened the box and I observed TWO sets of KR21 arms! I only needed one set of KR21 arms ($45). So, I wrote to Office Masters customer service and explained the confusion caused by their web pages (I included a link to the very page) and they wrote me back! In fact, they gave me the refund for the extra set of arms AND they said I need not send them back the extra set of arms. I am still amazed by the integrity of this company and the amazingly fair price of their replacement KR21 arms ($45) as I was very willing to pay $90 for those KR21 arms. My only regret is not buying the 3D or 4D arms for $70-$150 for a pair of these high quality arms 3D or 4D would be so worth it. I really am an Office Masters customer forever! Thank You so much for being honorable and for manufacturing true highest quality !
Great chair for tall people, solid chair
Very comfortable and provides lumbar support. Just what I needed.

It has excellent back support but the seat is much too firm for me. Overall we are happy with it and will be buying another just like it.
The chair meets my needs and expectations
Although the seat is not quite as comfortable as and the Office Master Chair. Not sure if it is the fabric or that the chair is a drafting chair. I used this company based on the chair I currently have which I inherited from a great friend. Service was excellent and timing was quick.
The YS series chairs are hard to beat for comfort and adjustability. The YS89 is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. Multiple adjustment points make it easy to fit the chair to your particular preferences. Highly recommend!
We ordered a set of these chairs for a multi-use conference, meeting, and activity room. The nesting feature is invaluable for easy compact storage. The chairs are comfortable with good back support. They look sharp. And of course meeting attendees like the wheels. These chairs were a perfect solution for our needs. Shipping was quick, communication was prompt. Chairs come fully assembled except the wheels which were easy to push into the base. Would order again!
I have a hard time cooking because of it. I love to cook, but standing for long periods of time really hurt my back. I tried other chairs, and I either slide off them or their office chairs basically that just happened to go higher. None of which really suit my needs. This chair does it, and does it well! It’s high-quality, comfortable, and easy to clean with its rubber material. Also, it’s textured so I don’t slide off like my vinyl office chair. I highly recommend it to anyone. She’s looking for a high quality work stool

I love this chair. My company ordered one for me at work. After testing it for a while, I ordered one for myself to be used at home. I feel the differences between this chair and other chairs I had at home. It is worth the price.
Excellent chair, easy to adjust for the perfect fit and the set up is very simple.
I really like the build of this chair and the customization. The cushion and fabric are high quality. I would highly recommend going to an authorized Office Master furniture seller in person to try out the different arm, fabric, and cylinder height options, because there are a lot of them!

After using one of these at work a few times I decided to buy one for my home office. Within a day, some persistent low back pain I’d been dealing with began to dissipate. I’m glad I got the model with the largest number of adjustments, because it really allows you to fine tune it exactly for your own spinal needs. Not cheap, but less than some competing ergnomic brands, and well worth the money.
Comfortable chair with so many adjustments. Great for posture and long term sitting. The only thing that is hard to determine is how comfortable the seat is as it can’t be tested.
I am very satisfied with my chair. I was using an X Chair previously which was extremely uncomfortable and caused me to have severe back and neck pain. What made me try the Office Master brand chair was the fact that it catered to people 5'4" and under. I am 5'2" and the chair is a perfect fit. The cushion and lumbar support are so comfy. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend for anyone who is petite and may be suffering from back and neck pain to give the Paramount Value Ergonomic office chair a try.
Ordered a BC41 last July. EZ to assemble, robust commercial-grade build, and nine months later still performing like a champ. Why bother with retail store junk that cannot even last a year, when you can pay a wee bit more and get quality with a seven-year warranty?
New cylinder is excellent. The old one was very hard to get off, but once off the new one was very easy to install.
This chair is thick with padding and has multiple adjustments. Most comfortable chair I have ever owned. That's coming from someone with neck and back problems
In a cheaper chair you couldn't possibly sit all day in, this chair lives up tot he hype. I've had an OM chair before, hence why I shelled out the money the second time. For someone in front of their computer all day, this chair does supports sitting up straight and is comfortable at the same time. Spend the money.
